Vision Enrollment - Voluntary Plan

Who is Eligible?
- Graduate Assistants with waiver-generating appointments are automatically enrolled in the vision plan once their appointment paperwork is complete.
- They may choose to enroll eligible dependents in the plan at their own expense.
- They may choose to enroll eligible dependents in the plan at their own expense.
- Undergraduate and Graduate Students who are not automatically enrolled may voluntarily enroll in the vision plan during the Fall open enrollment period.
- Eligible dependents (legal spouse, civil union spouse, domestic partners, and dependent children up to age 26) may also be added at the time of enrollment.
